DEALER ACCOUNT PROGRAM
Y7 Logistics Dealer Account Program
Y7 Logistics works with auto dealerships through active accounts. Complete four onboarding steps, then submit every vehicle transport request through the portal.
ACCOUNT SETUP
Open Your Dealer Account in Four Steps
A dealer account is required before Y7 Logistics can accept a transport request. No dealer license is required to open the account.
Y7 Logistics is a Licensed & Bonded FMCSA Broker. Company details identify the shipper and billing party, while the signed agreement records the broker-shipper terms needed for lawful, invoiced brokerage.
Enter company details
Provide the company name and contact details used for the dealer account.
Add your addresses
Enter the addresses and pickup and delivery locations your dealership uses.
Sign the agreement
Review and sign the broker-shipper agreement for the account.
Verify your email
Confirm the email address used to access the dealer portal.
After email verification, submit transport requests through the portal. The account is the booking path; transport requests are not accepted by phone.
ACCOUNT OPERATIONS
What the Dealer Account Keeps Together
The account is the operating layer for recurring dealer transport management. Behind it, Y7 Logistics assigns one dispatcher to each dealership's moves.
Orders, documents, and status
See order history, available documents, and current milestone status in one place, so you do not need to call for every update or hunt for a BOL.
One dispatcher, not a call center
One dispatcher handles your dealership's moves, so you do not have to explain a yard's rules or a recurring route again with every request.
Consolidated invoicing
Multiple moves appear on one invoice for bookkeeping instead of creating a separate billing document for every vehicle.
Saved pickup and delivery points
Saved locations stay on the account, so a repeat lane does not require re-entering either endpoint.
VERIFIED PORTAL TOOLS
Tools Available in the Dealer Portal
Beyond the core order view, the current portal supports additional account members and downloadable billing records.
Additional account members
View the dealership users attached to the account and whether each membership is active or awaiting acceptance. Y7 Logistics adds or removes members after an email request. Every member has the same account access.
Invoices and cost reports
Download invoice PDFs and date-range cost reports in XLSX or PDF.
Billing activity
Review invoices and account transactions. Accounts using the carrier-payment option can also see their prepay balance and bank authorization status.

SERVICE OVERVIEW
Dealer Transport Details Live on the Service Page
Y7 Logistics charges a fixed per-vehicle service fee; the carrier's transport rate is separate. The service overview covers auction pickup, dealer trades, recurring lanes, current fee choices, and carrier-payment handling.

What Y7 Checks Before Each Dispatch
Before each dispatch, Y7 checks both the carrier company and the specific driver assigned to the load:
- FMCSA operating authority: We confirm the carrier's authority is active at the time of that dispatch.
- Current certificate of insurance (COI): We check the carrier's current COI before assigning the load.
- Central Dispatch reviews and history: We review the carrier's record on the industry's load board.
- Assigned driver's license: We check the license of the specific driver who will collect the vehicle, not only the carrier company's details.
- Assigned driver's direct phone number: We confirm a direct phone number for the driver who will transport the vehicle.
Dealer Account FAQ
Is a dealer account required before I can book transport?
Yes. Y7 Logistics accepts dealer transport requests through active accounts, and requests are submitted through the portal after email verification. A dealer license is not required to open the account.
What are the dealer onboarding steps?
Enter your company details, add your pickup and delivery addresses, sign the broker-shipper agreement, and verify your email. After that, submit transport requests through the portal.
Why does Y7 Logistics require an account and agreement?
Y7 Logistics is a Licensed & Bonded FMCSA Broker. The company details identify the shipper and billing party, and the signed agreement records the broker-shipper terms before transport requests are submitted.
What does a dealer account include?
It includes portal access to order history, available documents and milestone status, one dispatcher for the dealership's moves, consolidated invoicing, and saved pickup and delivery points.
Will I work with a call center?
No. One dispatcher handles the dealership's moves, so recurring locations and yard instructions do not need to be explained again with each request.
Who is the dealer account for?
It is for independent used-car dealers, franchise dealers, exporter-dealers, rebuilders, and auction-focused operations. Independent dealers moving 5-30 vehicles per month are a common fit; the account setup follows the same four steps.
Where can I review transport scope and fees?
The dealer transport service overview explains covered moves, the fixed per-vehicle Y7 Logistics fee choices, the separate carrier rate, and carrier-payment handling.
Open the Account Before Your First Request
Start with company and address details. The agreement and email verification complete account setup; transport requests then go through the portal.
